As my official duties with the Neel family come to a close, thought I'd touch base with you one last time to thank you so much for taking time to meet with me to deliver the wonderful gifts from your organization.  The banner was great but I will tell you that the beautifully framed poem was perfect in every way.  No doubt the family really appreciates the effort put forth in personalizing the poem and then going one step further and presenting it in such a lovely frame.  It is certainly something to be cherished and displayed proudly.  Many thanks for all you've done for the Neel family and countless other families.
